Dermal Filler in Eudora, KS — Natural-Looking Results with RHA by Revance
Subtle enhancement, genuine balance, and results that move with you — not against you.

If the thought of dermal filler makes you picture overfilled lips or frozen expressions, you're not alone — and you're exactly who we had in mind when we designed our filler program at JS Wellness. Our approach is built entirely around natural-looking results that enhance your features, restore facial balance, and turn back the clock — without ever looking like you've had work done.

At JS Wellness in Eudora, KS, we use the RHA Collection by Revance — a next-generation line of hyaluronic acid fillers specifically designed to move with your face and integrate seamlessly with your skin. The result is enhancement that looks and feels like you, only refreshed.

We offer complimentary consultations for all new filler patients, and we serve clients from Eudora, Lawrence, Tonganoxie, De Soto, Linwood, and the greater Kansas City area.
Our Philosophy: Enhancement, Not Transformation
Great filler work should be invisible. People should notice that you look well-rested, radiant, and refreshed — not that you've had a procedure. That's the standard we hold ourselves to at JS Wellness.

We take a facial balancing approach to every filler treatment — meaning we assess your face as a whole before recommending any treatment. True aesthetic harmony comes from understanding the proportions and relationships between features, not from simply adding volume wherever a patient points. We'll always give you our honest assessment of what will serve you best, and we'll never recommend more treatment than you genuinely need.

"We understand that many first-time patients are hesitant due to concerns about poorly executed procedures. Our goal is always the most natural-looking result possible — enhancing your graceful features while maintaining facial harmony." — JS Wellness

If you're new to filler, we recommend starting with a conservative amount and building gradually. This approach gives your face time to adapt, allows you to see how you respond, and ensures you always love your results at every stage.
Why We Choose RHA Filler by Revance
There are dozens of dermal fillers on the market — so why do we choose RHA? Because we believe it delivers the most natural results available, particularly for clients who want to look like themselves rather than someone who's had filler.

The RHA (Resilient Hyaluronic Acid) Collection is manufactured with a unique process that preserves longer chains of hyaluronic acid with fewer chemical modifications than traditional fillers. This matters because:
-
RHA closely mimics the natural hyaluronic acid your skin already produces
-
It integrates with your tissue rather than sitting on top of it, moving naturally with your facial expressions
-
The result looks and feels softer and more lifelike than many conventional fillers
-
It's designed specifically for dynamic areas of the face — areas that move constantly, like the lips and mouth
-
Results are visible immediately and continue to improve over 2 weeks as the filler draws in moisture
-
Effects typically last approximately 12 months
RHA is made by Revance, the same company behind DAXXIFY neurotoxin, and represents one of the most significant advancements in filler technology in recent years. We're proud to offer it as our primary filler of choice.
The RHA Collection — Which Filler Is Right for You?
RHA comes in four formulations, each designed for a specific depth of tissue and type of concern. Part of what makes our approach effective is matching the right product to the right area for each individual patient.

RHA Redensity
The most delicate formulation in the RHA line, Redensity is designed for very superficial lines and the fine lines around the mouth — often called smoker's lines or whistle lines — that other fillers struggle to address without looking lumpy or unnatural. It can also be used to add subtle definition and hydration to the lip border.
-
Fine lines and wrinkles around the lips (smoker's lines, whistle lines)
-
Very superficial facial lines
-
Subtle lip border definition and hydration
RHA 2
A slightly firmer formulation ideal for natural-looking lip enhancement and smoothing moderate facial lines. RHA 2 is our most popular choice for clients seeking a soft, natural lip augmentation — adding gentle volume and definition without the overfilled look.
-
Natural lip augmentation — subtle volume and definition
-
Nasolabial folds (the lines from nose to corners of mouth)
-
Moderate facial lines
-
Fine to moderate wrinkles
RHA 3
A medium-density filler designed for fuller lip augmentation and deeper facial lines. RHA 3 is ideal for clients who want more noticeable lip volume or need to address deeper folds and creases.
-
Fuller lip augmentation
-
Deeper nasolabial folds and marionette lines
-
Moderate to deep facial wrinkles
-
Perioral (around-the-mouth) rejuvenation
RHA 4
The firmest formulation in the RHA line, designed for lifting and volumizing. RHA 4 is used for structural areas of the face — cheeks, temples, jawline, and chin — where deeper placement and more lift are needed to restore youthful contour and definition.
-
Cheek augmentation and lifting
-
Temple hollowing and volume loss
-
Jawline definition and contouring
-
Chin projection and augmentation
-
Significant volume restoration in the midface
At your consultation, we'll assess your anatomy, discuss your goals, and recommend the specific RHA formulation — or combination of formulations — that will give you the best result. Many clients benefit from more than one product used in complementary areas.
Common Treatment Areas
Dermal filler can address a wide range of facial concerns. The most commonly treated areas at JS Wellness include:
Lips
Lip filler remains one of the most requested aesthetic treatments — and one of the most visible when done poorly. Our approach to lips is always subtle and proportional, working with your natural lip shape to add softness, definition, and gentle volume. We frequently use RHA 2 for natural results and RHA 3 for clients who want more fullness.
Cheeks & Midface
Volume loss in the cheeks is one of the earliest and most significant signs of facial aging — and one of the most impactful to restore. Restoring cheek volume lifts the entire midface, softens nasolabial folds, and creates a more youthful overall appearance.
Jawline & Chin
A well-defined jawline and balanced chin are key components of facial harmony. Filler in these areas can sharpen and define the jaw, reduce jowling, and improve the chin's projection relative to the rest of the face — creating a more structured, balanced profile.
Nasolabial Folds & Marionette Lines
The lines that run from the nose to the corners of the mouth (nasolabial folds) and from the corners of the mouth downward (marionette lines) are among the first places age and volume loss appear. Targeted filler in these areas softens and smooths these features without the stiff, overfilled look of older techniques.
Temples
Temple hollowing is a subtle but significant sign of aging that many people don't connect to their overall facial appearance. Restoring temple volume rounds out the upper face, reduces the appearance of prominent veins, and contributes to a more youthful, refreshed look.
Perioral Lines (Smoker's Lines)
The fine vertical lines that appear above the upper lip can be one of the most frustrating concerns to address — they bleed lipstick, add perceived age, and are difficult to conceal with makeup alone. RHA Redensity is uniquely suited to this delicate area, smoothing these lines without creating a stiff or puffy appearance.
What to Expect at Your Filler Appointment:

Complimentary Consultation
All new filler patients begin with a complimentary consultation. This is a no-pressure conversation where we learn about your concerns and goals, assess your facial anatomy, and discuss realistic expectations. We'll recommend a treatment plan and give you a clear picture of what results you can expect and at what cost — before you commit to anything.
The Treatment
Before your injections, we apply a topical numbing cream to the treatment area to minimize discomfort. Most clients find the procedure very tolerable — and many are surprised by how comfortable it is. The injections themselves are typically completed in 15–30 minutes depending on the areas treated. You'll see results immediately after treatment. Some mild swelling and occasional bruising are normal and typically resolve within a few days to a week. Final results are visible at the 2-week mark as any swelling settles and the filler fully integrates.
Aftercare
To help ensure the best possible outcome and minimize bruising, we recommend the following before and after your appointment:
-
Avoid alcohol for 24–48 hours before and after treatment
-
Avoid blood-thinning medications and supplements for 5–7 days before treatment when possible — this includes aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, vitamin E, omega-3 fatty acids, and St. John's Wort (check with your prescribing provider before stopping any prescription medication)
-
Avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours after treatment
-
Avoid excessive heat (saunas, hot yoga, hot tubs) for 24–48 hours after treatment
-
Sleep with your head slightly elevated the first night if swelling is a concern
-
Avoid pressing or massaging the treated area for 2 weeks unless instructed to do so
We'll provide you with complete written aftercare instructions at your appointment and are always available by phone if you have questions during your recovery.
Frequently Asked Questions about Dermal Filler:

Will my filler look natural?
Natural results are our primary goal — always. We take a conservative, balanced approach and use RHA specifically because of its ability to integrate with your tissue and move naturally with your face. We'll discuss your goals thoroughly at your consultation and make sure you understand exactly what to expect before we begin. If you're nervous about looking overdone, tell us — that conversation is exactly what the consultation is for.

How long do RHA fillers last?
RHA fillers typically last approximately 12 months, though this varies by individual metabolism, the area treated, and the specific formulation used. Areas with more movement (like the lips) may metabolize filler slightly faster than structural areas like the cheeks or jawline. We'll give you a realistic expectation for your specific treatment at your consultation.

Is filler painful?
We apply a topical numbing cream before treatment, and most patients find the procedure very manageable. The sensation is typically described as a mild pressure or pinching. RHA fillers also contain lidocaine (a local anesthetic) within the formulation, which further reduces discomfort during injection. Most patients are pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the experience is.

What's the difference between filler and Botox?
Botox (and other neurotoxins like DAXXIFY, JEUVEAU, and DYSPORT) works by relaxing the muscles that cause dynamic wrinkles — lines from expressions like squinting or frowning. Dermal filler adds volume and structure to restore areas that have lost fullness or to enhance features. They work very differently and are often used together for a more comprehensive result. We offer both at JS Wellness and can help you determine which is appropriate for your goals.

Can filler be dissolved if I don't like the result?
Yes. Hyaluronic acid fillers — including the entire RHA collection — can be dissolved with an enzyme called hyaluronidase if you're unhappy with your result or experience any complications. This is one of the key safety advantages of HA-based fillers. That said, in the hands of an experienced injector using a conservative approach, the need for dissolving is rare.

How soon can I return to normal activities?
Most clients return to their regular routine the same day or the following day. We ask that you avoid strenuous exercise, excessive heat, and alcohol for 24–48 hours after treatment. Any swelling or bruising is typically minimal and resolves within a few days to a week.

Do you offer consultations before committing to treatment?
Yes — and we strongly encourage it, especially for first-time patients. All new filler consultations at JS Wellness are complimentary. There's no pressure to book treatment at your consultation. We want you to feel informed, comfortable, and confident before we do anything.

Do you serve clients outside of Eudora?
Absolutely. We regularly see clients from Lawrence, Tonganoxie, De Soto, Linwood, Basehor, and across the Kansas City metro area. Our clinic is at 715 Main St, Eudora, KS.
